Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday. In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too.

Question:
How does your family spend 4th of July???

My answer:
We are all going to the campground. On Friday night we have invited several guest to come for a cookout and to watch the spectacular firework show the campground puts on. Saturday at noon will be a decorated golf cart parade, some bingo, a carry-in dinner, poker stand and a dance with the band Movin' On. Sunday Game day and golf cart games. Then back to town for the fireworks on the river. Friday my sister and I will be at the front gate accepting donations and we have plans to dress the part. Red, White and Blue all the way from our heads to our toes. Yup even the hair is gonna be red, white and blue. I can hardly wait. Oh and I can't forget we must decorate our campsites too. Happy 4th of July everyone.
