2. Ready? Set. Read! Just read 10 books and log them on the form you printed. Have an adult initial each book you read. (Parents if your child is too young to read you can read to them).

3. When you're done pat yourself on the back! You've read 10 books. Now reward yourself with a cool free t-shirt.

4. Mail your form to H-E-Buddy  2010 Summer Reading Program, 10530 Sentinel, San Antonio, Texas 78217

5. OK be patient. In 3 or 4 weeks you will receive your cool t-shirt.

6. Expiration: Must be postmarked before October 1, 2010
